The donated materials, a collection of teleprinter copies, correspondence materials, clippings, personal notebooks, pamphlets,and collected periodicals, come from the collection of S.P.K Gupta and V.A Panikkar, and covers the time period of the Cold War, focusing specifically on USSR, important events in Moscow and in India, as well as the relationship between USSR and India.
